Dehydration causes sunstroke during the summer season. Sunstroke is a serious illness that affects the body severely If we follow the safety measures we can keep it away. We should drink sufficient water to keep our bodies as cool as always. We have to avoid going out when it is hot. We need to put on the sunscreen 15 to 20 minutes before going out to avoid sunburn.
